Howdy readers!  We thoght that we would post this bit of info from the wonderful Gok!

http://www.channel4.com/programmes/how-to-look-good-naked/articles/join-goks-naked-army

Britain's Body Confidence Champion is out to celebrate the shape that the country's in today by creating a map of Naked Britain.

If you are comfortable in your own skin, then Gok wants to hear from you.  He's raising a Naked Army to lead by example and show the rest of us just how liberating it feels to be content with your body.

You can email your shots to us here.

Gok's travelling the country to find out who will dare to bare and stand naked for his body confidence message in their own special photo shoot.

If you and your friends or colleagues have already had your own 'Calendar Girl' moment, stripping off for a good cause, then send in your photographs.  If you're ready to join Gok's Naked Army but haven't done your own naked photo shoot already, then get snapping and send us your efforts - Gok will be selecting some groups to visit with his team of professionals.

Over time, we'll build up a picture of the body confidence map of Britain. A selection of your photos and Gok's group pictures will be shown on How to Look Good Naked and the Channel 4 website.

Keep your naked photos coming... remember we're talking ‘Calendar Girls’, not Page 3, so you can’t include any rude bits.

You must have the permission of everyone in your picture, and they must all be over 18.

Email your photo, name and contact details to info.lookgoodnaked@mavericktv.co.uk

So what are you waiting for get your naked bits sent in!

Oxford and Cherwell Valley College Extended Diploma in Fashion Design and Textiles Fashion Show for the Banbury Campus

So last night I went to the Oxford and Cherwell Valley College Extended Diploma in Fashion Design and Textiles Fashion Show for the Banbury Campus.

The event was held at The Sound Exchange in Banbury and I have to say it was pretty impressive, I took a few pictures on my iphone but they aren’t great, but gives you a bit of an idea;

And here is a video of the final walk down the catwalk with everyone from our new You Tube Channel (more video’s will be coming in the future of various shoots, and bits and pieces we are up to).
I had no idea this show was on until a day before but in future I will be keeping a close eye out on whats going on at the college because there really is some truly talented people right here on our door step!

Particular designers/students that stood out for me personally were Karen Johnson, Megan Cotton, Lousia Meadows and Lauren Coles, but keep an eye out for all of the students involved in this event, truly wonderful, original and innovative designs.

If any of you from this show would be interested in collaborating on photoshoots in the future then please do get in touch and let me know – it would be exciting and fabulous to get to know you and your work further!

Congratulations to all of you!
